Canadian Experience Class program allows graduates from the post secondary institutions and temporary foreign workers, who have gained Canadian work experience.

This class gives you another possible way to obtain PR.

Why Canadian Experience Class program? Simply, it open up more doors for you to apply for the PR.

  • At least 12 months of Full-Time Experience (or equal amount in Part time)
  • Eligible type TEER 0, 1, 2 or 3
  • Work experience only valid from last 3 years
  • CLB 7 or CLB 5 based on your NOC

PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAM (PNP)

PNP is a program for workers who

  • have skills, education and work experience that can contribute to the growth and economy of a specified province or territories of Canada
  • Want to live in that province
  • You may apply for PNP by two ways: non-Express Entry and Express Entry process. The province or territory you choose to apply will determine how you will be applying for the PNP.

There are numerous PNP streams and categories available. Each province and territory have their own set of PNP categories and have different requirements for candidates to be eligible for PNP.

For example: British Columbia have various categories under BC PNP such as:

  • BC PNP Tech Occupations
  • Care economy: Health care occupations

Post graduate work permit (PGWP) is a program where international students can apply for open work permits after completion of their studies.

  • Holder of a valid study permit with the length of their studies

SPOUSE OPEN WORK PERMIT

SOWP allows spouses of certain temporary foreign workers to work for any employer anywhere in Canada. Who can apply for SOWP

  • Foreign nationals whose spouse is in Canada on study permit
  • Foreign nationals whose spouse is in Canada on work permit (based on NOC and wage of the spouse in Canada). PURSUE YOUR HIGHER STUDIES IN CANADA

International Students program in Canada is designed for those who qualify to have their higher education.

If you wish to study in Canada, you need to get your study permit before you can come to Canada.

  • Funds for living expenses for first initials months in Canada

Your parents/grandparents can stay longer period of time

Super visa is a multi-entry visa and allows parents and grandparents to stay with you for up to 5 years.

To be eligible the applicant should meet following criteria:

  • Must be a parent or a grandparent of a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Must have an invitation letter signed by your child or grand child
  • Canadian medical insurance of at least $100,000 valid for at least 1 year at the time of your entry to Canada
  • Required to take and clear the complete medical test
  • Child / grand child must hold the minimum required household income

Visitor visa, also known as temporary visa allows you to stay for up-to 6 months in Canada

Most of the foreign nationals need a visa to enter Canada. If you are planning your visit that is shorter than 6 months, visitor visa would suit you the best.

  • Itinerary – Travel document that shows your plan of stay
